ACT! Online Training
We facilitate ACT! online training for businesses all over the
United States and Canada. ACT! online training is best suited for
mobile employees whose locations prevent them from being present
during on site sessions.
What is online Training and how is it delivered?
ACT! online training is administered in real time by using top of
the line streaming technology. ACT! online training is performed in a
similar manner to a class room setting. Unlike other online trainings,
our online training is highly interactive. The software application is
shared as an application from both ends (i.e. trainer/participant).
This allows both the trainer and participant to be 'on the same page'
and follow each and every mouse movement.
During the session, the trainer and trainee have the ability to
demonstrate and at the same time, view the navigational steps within
ACT! Software - LIVE on their screens. At any point during training, a
participant may interrupt the instructor to ask questions. Put it this
way - the only thing missing will be the physical presence of the
trainer!
